Donegal Carpet Factory now houses the Killybegs Maritime & Heritage Visitor Centre is home to the largest hand-knitted loom in the world, Co. Donegal, Ireland
Killybegs Maritime and Heritage Centre is located in the Old Carpet Factory right in the heart of the town of Killybegs.

Approaching Killybegs from Donegal Town direction, enter into town centre where you will see the Tara Hotel and the Bay View Hotel. Killybegs has a one way traffic system in operation and if you follow the road along main street it will take you up a hill in the direction of Kilcar, Carrick and Glencolmcille.

Less than half a kilometre from the town centre on the left hand side of the road you will notice a large old stone building which is the original Donegal Carpet Factory. This building now houses the Killybegs Maritime and Heritage Centre.
